RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will accept returns and exchanges only if you did not receive what you ordered or the item you've received is damaged. Moreover, we highly recommend that you should contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you want to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number, and reason you're returning the item. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Sale items are final sales.
When you receive an order, please email us a picture of the item you received along with the receipt if it is damaged. Our staff will evaluate your claim. If our team finds your claim justified, you'll get an exchange or refund. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for a product if the return is damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once we receive the product in good condition.
