SHIPPING POLICY
STORE PICKUP - A-37,
First Floor, Block C Gulshan E Jamal, Karachi.
- Orders can be picked up from
Monday to Friday, from 12 pm - 6 pm. An email will be sent to you when
your order is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING RATE
- Orders are generally shipped
within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using an M&P courier. M&P’s
delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. The shipping fee is auto-generated once
you place your order according to the weight and distance. The total sum
will appear on your screen when you check out. We do not ship outside of
Pakistan at this time.
- You can expect a significant
concession in your overall bill if you choose to ship your orders for
40-45 days (inclusive of taxes and import duties).
DELIVERY
- During checkout, enter your
address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button if you want the order to be delivered, or you can
choose to collect your order personally.
- When your order is ready for
delivery, you will receive an email, and you are always welcome to contact
our support team for real-time tracking information.
